Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes are harvested from extremely small, selected plots in our high-density vineyards at Finca Los Lingues. They are farmed biodynamically in rocky granitic soils, where the roots draw minerality and complexity from the rock. Once optimal ripeness is reached, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Vinification takes place in small vats to achieve the best extraction of aromas, flavors, and silky tannins.
