Royale

Grown from small plots planted on the second and third terrace of our vineyard, our Royale line spans Carménère, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Rooted in basalt-rock soils, the vines draw minerality and complexity straight from the stone. Through a delicate, hands-on process — from pruning to manual sorting in our cellars — we ferment with native yeasts from our own vineyard in small tanks, using gentle techniques aimed at a soft extraction of aroma, flavor and silky tannin.
