Royale Cabernet Sauvignon

Royale

Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes are harvested from very small, selected plots in high-density vineyards across the Colchagua Valley. Coming from rocky hillsides, the roots draw minerals and freshness from these volcanic basalt soils. The vines are pruned with double Guyot, under strict canopy management and controlled irrigation to fully express their origin.

Royale Cabernet Sauvignon
Short ribs, sweetbreads and hard cheeses

Royale · Cabernet Sauvignon

Pairing

Short ribs, sweetbreads and hard cheeses

Structured, with good acidity that cuts through fat, this wine stands up to bold cuts like short ribs, sweetbreads and hard cheeses. It calls for well-marbled red meats — a grilled ribeye, a bife chorizo, or a slow-braised stew.
