Pruning method: Double Guyot.
Density of plants: 6.000 plants/ha
Soil: 20% clay with a 2% slope. Deep soils with excellent drainage
Vinification and fermentation: Stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 24ºC and 26ºC.
Aging: 14 months in French oak barrels.
