||Paredones, Colchagua Costa
||This vineyard terroir is made of clay and quartz stones in its surface, mounted on a matrix of old yellow granite, which gives these wines their mineral stamp.
|Vinification and fermentation
||The grapes come from light slopes facing north. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (10-12ºC).
||The wine is kept on its fermentation lees for 4 months, with a gentle work of these to give structure to the wine.
