Soil This vineyard terroir is made of clay and quartz stones in its surface, mounted on a matrix of old yellow granite, which gives these wines their mineral stamp.
Vinification and fermentation The grapes come from light slopes facing north. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (10-12ºC).
Aging The wine is kept on its fermentation lees for 4 months, with a gentle work of these to give structure to the wine.
