Soil Second and third terrace from Los Lingues Vineyard, with 10% - 15% clay and basaltic rocks.
Vinification and fermentation Approximate 25 days in stainless steel tanks with a capacity from 3 to 18 hL. Pump-overs keep the temperature between 20° to 25°C.
Aging 20 months in 225 L Barrels, French oak.
