Pruning method Double Guyot.
Density of plants 7000 vines/ha.
Harvest date and method Middle April, Harvest by hand.
Soil Second and third terrace from Los Lingues with 20% clay and basaltic rocks.
Vinification and fermentation Approximate 30 days in stainless steel tanks with a capacity from 3 to 18 hl. Pump-overs keep the temperature between 20° to 25°C.
Aging 18 months in 225 L Barrels, French oak.
First year of production 2009
