Vinification and fermentation |
The grapes come from light slopes facing north. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (10-12ºC). |
Aging |
The wine is kept on its fermentation lees for 4 months, with a gentle work of these to give structure to the wine. |
