| Vinification and fermentation |
All lots of grapes fermented in 600L barrels, which roll over its rack. Temperature between 20° to 22°C. |
| Aging |
Each variety aged in 225L barrels for 24 months. After this, they are all blended into concrete eggs for another 9 months. |
